Tammy Jones, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®,CPM®, Portfolio Division

Tammy Jones heads up IPM’s Portfolio Division with oversight of a large group of community properties surrounding the Asheville and Western North Carolina area.  Her fifteen year experience in commercial and residential management has been primarily focused on community association management. 

Tammy holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Manager Specialist (AMS) and the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations through the Community Associations Institute.  Additionally, she is currently a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) candidate of the Institute of Real Estate Management.  She also holds real estate licensing in Colorado, Georgia, and South Carolina.  Prior to joining IPM, Tammy ran a highly successful community management company office in the Savannah, Georgia area.  She has been active in the Community Associations Institute and earned chapter recognition in the “Soar to New Heights” membership campaign. She has also served as President of the Boulder, Colorado Apartment Association.

Tammy and her husband enjoy living in the mountains of Western North Carolina where they are active in the Southeastern Newfoundland Club (SENC) and serve on it’s Board of Directors and Chair of the SENC Rescue Committee.
