Linda started her career in property management in 1978 in Phoenix, Arizona.  While she earned her Certified Property Manager’s (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1986, Linda was supervising a portfolio of 1500 multifamily rental units..   Linda moved to North Carolina in 2000 from the Durango, Colorado area.  She joined the IPM team in August of 2001.  Linda has a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Slippery Rock University.  While in Denver, Colorado, she supervised the operation of a 3,000-unit apartment portfolio.  Linda has served as the President of the Greater Asheville Apartment Association in 2004 and 2005.  Currently, Linda is the Treasurer of the Charlotte Regional Chapter of NARPM and a member of the Asheville and Hendersonville Board of Realtors.
